Located in Bangkok and Hua Hin, AJ posture represents a team of podiatrists, posturologists, osteopaths and chiropodists, whose mission is to relieve you of your suffering, to increase and improve your posture, your longevity and your quality of life. You will be taken care of thanks to this new discipline that is posturology. It is different from treatment from a chiropractor, physiotherapist, osteopath in the sense that thanks to it, you are relieved in a single consultation. No need to come back multiple times, so you save your time and money. We offer you a complete postural assessment and, if necessary, orthopedic or postural insoles.
We also offer medical pedicure treatments in the office or at home.

Posturology-Podiatry

Posturology - Podiatry: The human body receives sensory information intensely and continuously. The main sensors of sensory information are the eyes, jaw, skin and of course the feet. The body is treated with manual therapy and orthopedic insoles.
If information does not reach one or more of these sensors correctly, then the body must adapt. To do this, it will have to put in place a compensation strategy to be able to function correctly. The posture will therefore evolve and lose symmetry, mobility and balance. The practice of posturology will restore the human body's ability to compensate by directly stimulating the causes of the problem through manual therapy and from the soles if necessary.
It is because the body no longer has the capacity to compensate that chronic pain appears. Giving the body back its compensatory capacity will therefore eliminate chronic pain. The result is therefore immediate and can be maintained in the long term.

AJ Posture also offers medical pedicure treatments in the office or at home. The treatment includes the treatment of corns, calluses, warts, hyperkeratosis, ingrown toenails, etc. In short, all foot pathologies. All with sterilized instruments and impeccable hygiene. We also specialize in treating diabetic patients. We also offer training for those who wish to increase their skills in this area.

I've struggled with plantar fasciitis for about 16 years. Seen many specialist. Received many remedies. I saw Aj once and he created an insole for me that has changed my life. Previously I would always have to look for soft surfaces to walk on, like grass whilst my wife would walk on the pavement. I can walk for a long time on hard surfaces now without pain. Went in about 2 months ago just looking for an assessment. I'd had nagging pain in my right hip and knee for about a full year — nothing crippling, but annoying on long walks. I was so impressed with the session that I ended up buying a pair of insoles on the spot (wasn't planning to, just figured it was worth a shot given the results I was seeing). No regrets. My hip pain is completely gone, and my knee pain has almost disappeared too. Looking forward to getting back into running. I'll definitely be back for another visit.

This is the second time I've used Jerome's services, and you really do get what you pay for. He took the time to understand the issue, was incredibly patient, and made sure the insoles were adjusted properly for me. I've been struggling with foot pain during both short and long runs. Today, after receiving my new insoles yesterday, I was able to do my morning run for a full 20 minutes without any pain or discomfort, for the first time in ages! If you're dealing with a similar issue, I'd highly recommend seeing Jerome. I'd also be cautious of the generic insole kiosks in shopping malls - they often charge a lot while providing a much less personalised service...
