All fees related to clinical assessment, biomechanical evaluation, postural analysis, and custom orthotic prescription are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
The consultation is considered completed once the clinical examination, testing procedures, and orthotic prescription have been carried out, regardless of whether the patient decides to proceed with the orthotics afterwards.
This includes cases where the patient changes their decision after leaving the clinic or following further medical opinions obtained after the consultation.
Custom orthotics are individually designed based on the clinical findings obtained during the assessment. As such, the service provided includes professional clinical time, analysis, and prescription work, which are non-reversible once completed.
By proceeding with payment, the patient confirms that they understand and accept these terms.
